It's a business that allows drivers to download camera locations of red lights and speed enforcement cameras for GPS devices.Drivers who don't have a GPS can purchase a wallet-sized warning device, WISC-TV reported."We have police officers coming to our Web capitalize site telling us where the speed traps are," said Scott. "We have police officers buying our product and using it."The subscription is free. The Phantom Alert system depends on drivers to log on and report the locations of cameras.
