MADISON, Wis. -- Token Creek is continuing its tradition of throwing the biggest little neighborhood party to celebrate the Fourth of July and it all starts with a race. The race is called the "hiney run," and is about a 100 yard run, up hill and backwards, that often has competitors landing on their rear ends, WISC-TV reported. The race is a big reason that, after 26 years, Token Creek's Independence Day celebration is attracting people from throughout the Midwest."It's just all about coming together, whether it's Deforest, Sun Prairie, Windsor, whatever," said Marge Tudor, the co-chair of the Token Creek Parade. "We have people from Iowa, Illinois, we have people that started coming to this 20-some years ago and wouldn't miss it."
